Team Introduction


The Platform Product Management team is under TikTok Trust and Safety. Their goal is to keep the platform running smoothly and to guarantee user safety. The purpose of Risk and Response is to mitigate and lessen escalation. We collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and improve product capability, features, and tool ability to detect risks at an earlier stage, monitor possible online risks, and respond to any emergency risk trends in a speedier manner.




What you will be doing:


1. Manage the Content Risk Investigation &
Intervention Platform end-end product lifecycle, not limited to product planning, business requirement gathering, product design/development, product iteration and launch;


2. Conduct research and deep analysis to discover market demands and trends leading to the innovation and conceptualisation of potential products or features;


3. Develop and review the product roadmap, manage and prioritise user stories in the product backlog;


4. To have an in-depth understanding of different business scenarios and user pain pointers, define potential common business scenarios and precipitate the best solutions, continuously optimise workflow, and improve problem-solving ability and efficiency.




Qualifications


- Bachelor's Degree and above in relevant fields, Engineering or Computer Science background is a plus;


- At least 4years of work experience as a Product Manager in Content Risk Control or Platform Related experience;
in high growth in the tech/software/internet industry with demonstrated success in launching new products and features;


- Strong understanding of business, able to relate to users' pain points. Has good business logic and communication skills;


- Data and result-driven with strong analytical skills, using data to support decision-making;


- Able to prioritise under a short timeframe with multiple counterparts and stakeholders to achieve the business goal;


- Exceptional communication skills, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills;


- Have a strong ability to work under pressure, have the courage to overcome difficulties, and accept challenges;


- Self-starter with strong learning ability, curiosity, and business acumen to drive a new product to support a new business.
