Job Summary
Achievement of economic profit, goals, business financial performance, monitoring and control for the credit card business in Singapore. Primary responsibility is to manage the overall Credit Cards Rewards Programme from managing the cost, construct, and partnerships to drive credit card spends, loyalty and engagement.
- Build and design unique rewards redemption proposition
- Ensure rewards offers remain competitive in the market through strategic partnerships and relevant offers
- Identify opportunities with partners/brands to roll out rewards offerings and promotions
- Support the delivery of process efficiencies and optimisation initiatives to improve client experience and keep rewards costs manageable
- Manage redemption mix to reduce cost per point and overall rewards costs, and provisioning in line with targets
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, partners and vendors on implementing new rewards features and capabilities
- Responsible for Rewards reconciliation reporting and work with finance and Group to ensure internal alignment
- Review and analyze data and market trends to provide insights
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to the Minimum Control Standards (MCS) issued by Group Retail Products
- Work with Legal &
Compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Responsible for any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time

- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years in Banking Experience (preferably in Credit Cards / Unsecured Lending)
- Marketing, financial and analytical skills
- Knowledge of industry and competitor products/services
- Independent, self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
