Role Overview:
As the Product Marketing Director at Aethir, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the success and growth of our innovative products. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and leverage your deep understanding of market trends to position our products effectively in the market. Web3 experience is highly desirable for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive product adoption and growth. - Product Positioning:
Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our products in the market. - Market Research:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends. - Go-to-Market Plans:
Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including coordinating with product development, sales, and communication teams. - Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, white papers, videos, and presentations. - Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and partnerships. - Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators. - Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, sales, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives. - Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Director or similar senior marketing role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product growth and adoption.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Experience in AI, blockchain, or gaming industries is a plus.
- Web3 experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to communicate with internal stakeholders.
