Role Overview:
As the Product Owner at Aethir, you will act as the mini CEO for your product. You will be responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving it. This role demands a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of product management and the technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Strategy:
  Define the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals, ensuring it meets market needs and drives business growth.
• Roadmap Planning:
  Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful product releases.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and communicate product progress.
• Agile Product Development:
  Lead the product development process using agile methodologies, working closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Market Research and Analysis:
  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, inform product decisions, and ensure the product remains competitive.
• User Experience Focus:
  Champion the user experience, ensuring the product delivers exceptional value and usability to end-users.
• Performance Tracking:
  Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Risk Management:
  Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful product delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Experience in AI, blockchain, or gaming industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to communicate with internal stakeholders.
