Production Manager

Role and Responsibilities

• To co-ordinate with the clients, subcontractors, and consultants on project matters
  
• Management, supervision and coordination of construction activities.
  
• Supervise team members, subcontractors and daily work activities on one or more project site(s) allocated.
  
• To ensure supervisors and workers meets client &
  regulatory requirements, environmental, safety and health requirements
  
• Monitor progress at site and put up progress claim.
  
• Coordinate and assist QS and Project Manager on project progress and claims.
  
• Other adhoc duties by management assigned from time to time.
  
• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements.
  
• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
  
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
  
• Manage project-related paperwork.
  
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
  
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
  

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Holder/ ANY
  
• Minimum 10 years' experience in site coordination.
  
• Excellent project management skills
  
• Team leadership
  
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
  
• Proficient in AutoCad.
