Project Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Project Consultant to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and managing client projects, ensuring that our comprehensive consulting services effectively reach and benefit SMEs across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
  Identify and pursue new business opportunities with SMEs.
  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  Present and promote our consulting services to potential clients.
  Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  
  
• Project Management:
  Coordinate and manage client projects from initiation to completion.
  Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
  
  
• Client Engagement:
  Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements.
  Develop customized solutions to address client challenges.
  Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  
• Reporting and Documentation:
  Prepare detailed project plans, reports, and documentation.
  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  Provide regular reports on sales performance and project status.
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma and (or) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in sales and project management, preferably in a consulting or B2B environment.
  
• Strong understanding of business strategy, financial management, and human capital development.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
