Job Scope:

• Coordinate and Management of Site works
  
• Assist the department manager to manage teams of supervisors and workers to carry out the installation, maintenance and dismantling of passenger and material hoists in accordance to safe work procedures, manufacturer’s specifications and government regulations
  
• Ensure site works are perform on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
  
• Coordinate with company internal administrative, logistics and operational elements as well as liaise with client’s project personnel to prepare, execute and fulfill project deliverables and schedule
  
• Monitor Progress, quality of workmanship and compliance of requirements
  
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirement:

• NITEC and/or Diploma in M&
  E/Civil or equivalent
  
• 1 -4 years of experience in Site Coordination or relevant
