Core Duties &
Responsibilities

• Prepare plan drawing and 3D drawing using Autocad
  
• To do colour scheme confirmation
  
• To tick off quantity of layouts
  
• Placing order for projects
  
• Prepare handover material/checklist for handover
  
• Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses in accordance with schedule
  
• Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, consultants and subcontractors
  
• Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing
  
• Attend site and coordination meeting
  

Skills, Experience Competencies Required

• 0 - 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
  
• Fresh Graduate Candidates without relevant working experience will be considered
  
• Possess strong problem-solving abilities
  
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  
• Able to multitask, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  
• Microsoft Office, Power Point, Auto cad will be an added advantage
  
• Able to commence work within short notice
