Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

• Overall responsible for budget estimates on tenders, and quotations
  
• Analyse schedule of rates
  
• Draft preliminaries and trade preambles
  
• Review technical specifications prepared by technical team/clients/consultants
  
• Review cost analyses, outline and detailed approximate cost estimates
  
• Analyse cost plans and detailed budgeting
  
• Review cost-in-use studies and life-cycle costing of installation &
  /or components
  
• Review Cash flow projections, cost checking processes, cost reports
  
• Advise on payment regimes
  

Requirements for Position

• Knowledge of building and construction
  
• Excellent attention to details
  
• Independent, analytical, meticulous, organized and possess a positive working attitude.
  
• Good leadership and communications skills
  

Qualifications and Experience

• Education:
  Diploma/ Degree in QS, Building Management or equivalent
  
• Experience:
  At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar position
