What you will be working on
- Develop and maintain records management policies and procedures.
- Oversee the Board’s records retention and disposal processes.
- Establish and maintain an effective records classification system.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to records management.
- Leverage new technologies to enhance, automate, or revolutionise the Board’s records management processes.
- Use data analytics and reporting capabilities to derive insights from the Board’s records.
- Devise and execute plans for more effective digital records management in the Board.
- Administer records systems according to IM4L, IM8, and other emerging requirements.
- Liaise with system vendors on identified problem areas and solutioning.
- Perform user acceptance testing and post-implementation verification.
- Provide consultancy on records systems and records management related matters to users and stakeholders.
- Support the Group/ Department for Budget Administration, Risk Management, or in areas to be assigned.
What we are looking for
- Relevant experience in records management, with a focus on digital records and information governance.
- Good understanding of records management standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience in using artificial intelligence, robotic process automation (RPA), or machine learning technologies is beneficial for effectively leveraging advanced tools and techniques in records management processes.
- Prior experience in managing or contributing to IT projects preferred.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and integration of technology solutions into records management practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.


The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
