Regional Financial Analyst
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management
Location:
Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
Client Budget Planning / Forecasting / Reporting
- Prepare financial templates for annual budgets, monthly forecasts, reporting and accruals.
- Collaborate closely with Facility Operations on budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, ensuring control variations remain within +/- 3% for monthly forecast.
- Support month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate accruals for monthly financial reporting.
- Consolidate and submit financial reports.
- Extract data from system, prepare financial graphs and input analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to all stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders to resolve queries.
Invoice Payments &
Billings
- Prepare client invoice billings with supporting document (funding report and vendor invoices).
- Manage Accounts Receivables collections and vendor payments, ensuring timely payments.
- Update of finance tracker files in excel.
Other responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong MS Excel skills and collaborate effectively within the team.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders and build client relationships.
- Assist in establishing and adhering to policies, procedures and compliance deadlines as advised by the Finance Manager.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and/or Finance from recognised university.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, capable of handling routine tasks and performing in-depth analysis when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
knowledge of Corrigo and/or JDE systems is advantageous. - Independent with strong problem solving skills, able to lead and guide the team while being an adaptable team player in an agile environment.
