Resident Engineer

Job Requirement

1. The SRE shall be accredited by the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) and/or the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

2. The SRE shall possess relevant work experience in the supervision of LTA Roads or Rails projects or PUB DTSS-TBM/Sewers-MTBM or Airport projects

3. The SRE possessing work experience with drainage, roads, deep excavations &
foundations are highly preferred

4. Working Location:
SPPG, CAG &
LTA Projects, Singapore.

Job Description

1. The SRE Shall supervise all civil, structural, and geotechnical building works, including structural elements for architectural work, building services, electrical and mechanical (M&
E), and specialist engineering works for compliance with the PUB/CAG/LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.

2. Maintain &
control site records asper the BCA control act &
The RE shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work or late-night supervision and project management work.

3. The SRE shall be competent with all necessary Ministry of Manpower WS requirements e.G. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW), etc.

4. The SRE shall possess high proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, and Project Management for preparing presentation slides for project updates and maintaining proper work progress records.
