Resident Technical Officers

• 
  
• To carry out construction supervision of civil and structural works as required under the BCA regulations
  
• Report to Resident Engineer &
  Project Manager
  
• Review and check all the drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
  
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/Consultants/Employer.
  
• Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.
  
• Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned by QP/Consultants.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing
  
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred
  
• Possess at least 3 years of site supervision experience, preferably in works e.G. Reinforced Concrete Piles (Driven &
  Jacked-in method), Structural Steel Works etc.
  
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES with valid practicing certificate.
  
• Required Skill(s):
  Microsoft Office, and excel
  
• Familiar with local codes &
  regulations
  
• Good in site documentation, communication and interpersonal skill
