- Must be fully conversant with BCA Regulations;
able to maintain systematically site records, government contract documents and meet BCA reporting requirements. - Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognized by PEB Singapore. The RE shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with qualification accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS.
- Experience in supervising major earthworks, roads and drainage works, PUB pipeline works, utility diversion works, pile removal work, ground grouting work, bus shelters and associated works would be advantageous.
- The RE shall have minimum three (3) years of experience as a civil engineer, of which at least one (1) year shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to the Works (mentioned above) in the Civil Contracts.
