RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER (Structural Trade)

Job Description

1. Represent clients on site matters, read and interpret drawings of projects

2. Inspect building materials used and workmanship after project competition.

3. Supervise and suggest improvements, cyclical and special projects

4. Knowledge and familiar with the local authority requirements

5. Able to work under pressure with ability to work independently

6. Able to start work within short notice

Requirements:

1. Certified RTO with IES

2. Minimum three years working experience on site.
