Job Description

• Preparing and cooking food according to menu items.
  
• Operate cooking equipment with proper safety precautions.
  
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen including ensuring ingredients, utensils and dishes are properly stored.
  
• Assist the head Chef in controlling and managing kitchen inventory.
  
• Opportunity to design and test new menu items which complements the impressive selection of fine wines, champagnes, whiskies, sake available in the restaurant.
  

Requirements

• Experiences with Chinese cuisine
