job description


  • Greeting customers who enter the shop and assist with customer needs and enquiries
  • Responsible for attending to all customers and demonstrating effective selling skills and product knowledge
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Involve in cashiering duties
  • Process sales, exchanges and refunds efficiently, accurately and quickly in all payment methods
  • Replenishing stocks and assisting to display on rack
  • Ensure sufficient stock levels and Assist in stock-take
  • Do basic housekeeping and other ad-hoc duties assigned by line manager


Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin is required, in order to handle inquiries from English and Chinese speaking customers
  • Motivated &
    Independent
  • Good communication and selling skills
  • Preferably with some retail sales experience or related in Hardware &
    Machinery Industry
  • 5.5 days work week
