Job Description

• Market prime residential properties for sale and/or lease.
  
• Pitch for new marketing appointments.
  
• Update landlords/vendors on marketing activities.
  
• Provide clients with periodic market updates and exceptional service.
  
• Independently develop a network of clients and referral partners.
  
• Attend industry or corporate events and network effectively.
  
• Serve as an ambassador for the Knight Frank brand.
  
• Engage in cold calling and other business development initiatives.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Eligible for registration as a salesperson with CEA.
  
• Holds a degree or diploma in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar industry.
  
• Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Enjoys interacting with people regularly and is a people person.
  
• Able to work well within a team, while also being capable of working independently and self-motivated
