Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

• Support sales in sales activities as a point of contact for customers with inquiries and quotations
  
• Miscellaneous administrative sales projects as needed.
  
• Efficiently process orders and coordinate projects
  
• Responsible for inventory management (including stocktaking) to ensure smooth &
  consistent goods delivery.
  
• Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that projects are managed promptly.
  
• Collaborate with sales staffs in daily operation
  

Job requirement :

• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  
• Hands on experience with Photoshop and MS Office (MS Excel)
  
• Pleasant personality with strong written &
  verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent organizational &
  Multitasking skills, ability to work under deadlines.
  
• A team player with high level of dedication
  
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
