Key Responsibilities :
- Support sales in sales activities as a point of contact for customers with inquiries and quotations
- Miscellaneous administrative sales projects as needed.
- Efficiently process orders and coordinate projects
- Responsible for inventory management (including stocktaking) to ensure smooth &
consistent goods delivery. - Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that projects are managed promptly.
- Collaborate with sales staffs in daily operation
Job requirement :
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with Photoshop and MS Office (MS Excel)
- Pleasant personality with strong written &
verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational &
Multitasking skills, ability to work under deadlines. - A team player with high level of dedication
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
