Job Description
- Responsible for day-to day order processing process &
documents
- Handling of e-commerce platform order processing
- Liase with internal and external parties to ensure smooth deliveries
- Follow up and monitor customer’s complaints
- Physical stock count of goods in the office and stock at the warehouse
- General administrative duties, data entry, and filing
- Support the sales team, assist in answering queries via communication platforms and replying emails
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma and above
- 1-3 years experience in sales &
operation admin field
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google for Work (Docs, Sheets).
- Able to cope with a fast-paced sales team environment
- Candidate is expected to respond to client queries in evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Strong communication skills, conversant in both English and Mandarin
- Detail-oriented, proactive and meticulous and ability to follow specific operating procedures and instructions
- Excellent organizational and time management
- Strong team player with a can-do positive attitude
