We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive growth in our retail and import operations. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of the retail and import industry for fruits and vegetables, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.




Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.Promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Build up business structure for overseas market in China and source for suitable supplier.
  • Establish a sales training program to train new employees.
  • Develop multiple sales channels. Eg. online marketing, live broadcast;

  • Plan online sales channels and sales plans, and calculate the percentage of sales profit.
  • Handle emergency matters related to customers' order.
  • All other job assigned.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales management role within the fruits and vegetables trading industry.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of retail and import processes for fruits and vegetables, including sourcing, logistics, and quality assurance.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Chinese due to many of our Clients or business partner are from China and many documentation in China will need to process in Chinese.
  • Willing to accept the operation hours for night shift if required.
