This role will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing customer base by transitioning from product sales to solution sales, as well as supporting global sales process implementation, training, education, and compliance.

Maintain &
Develop Customer Base:


· Transition from product sales to solution sales.


· Implement global sales processes and ensure compliance through training and education.


· Enhance utilization of eService tools.


· Enforce commercial rules.


· Increase consistency of services and pricing.


· Develop concept sales.




Key Account Management:


Sell Global Integrated Logistics Solutions:


· Manage selected global/key accounts.


· Support global RFQs (Requests for Quotation).


· Proactively propose Global Integrated Solution concepts to selected targets.


· Provide training and education in cost management and concept sales.


· Develop cross-divisional activities and solutions.




Quotation Management:


· Provide quotations aligned with customer freight management needs, in compliance with industry policies and procedures.


· Contribute to the development of departmental KPIs for auto rating and quoting efficiency.


· Ensure ongoing communication and alignment between Operations and Business Development for optimal profitability and billing accuracy.


· Work with the EDI Core team and BPO as a Key User to minimize auto-rating issues.


· Provide training and guidance to sales support executives to ensure EDI compliance and higher success rates in closing opportunities.


· Onboard new customers effectively.




Sales Support:


· Support the entire sales department with client freight requests to optimize Profit and Loss.


· Analyze sales opportunities and negotiate with procurement to improve hit rates.


· Assist Tender Management with Business Development, stakeholders, and procurement to provide competitive solutions.


· Ensure compliance with EDI and improve auto-rating KPIs.


· Increase hit rates and market share.


· Support sales initiative campaigns.


· Maintain an updated and competitive cost working folder.




Requirements:


· Diploma or above qualification in Marketing or equivalent.


· At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in the Freight Forwarding industry.


· Proficient in Computer skills such as Microsoft Office


· Good command of written and spoken English


· Good product/industry knowledge.
