Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support and escalation for product issues.
  • Assist to troubleshoot, diagnose and escalate product issues or customers’ problems.
  • Act as the technical product support/ advisor during seminar or workshop.
  • Provide technical training and product knowledge to customer service team.
  • Perform client site visit for technical support or repairing.
  • Work closely with the sales teams, stakeholders and CS team regarding market plans and product reworks.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports to management.
  • Evaluate the new products specification to understand the key features for proactive support.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:


  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 1 - 3 years of working experience in technical support, preferably in consumer electronics industry.
  • Prior knowledge in IP Networking is preferred.
  • Possessing CTS Certification is an added advantage.
