Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking talented and experienced Salesforce Business Analysts to part of a dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes and solutions using the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and ensure that the Salesforce solutions meet business needs.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce.
  
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required;
  
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Desired Skill-set

• Additional Salesforce certifications;
  
  
• Prior experience in Omniscript / Omnistudio;
  
  
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent;
  
  
• Experience with project management methodologies.
  

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, apply Salesforce capabilities;
  
  
• Conduct detailed analysis of business use cases, processes and workflows;
  
  
• Identifyopportunities for process improvements and automation;
  
  
• Create detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories;
  
  
• Design Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and best practices;
  
  
• Documenttechnical and functional requirements clearly and comprehensively;
  
  
• Develop test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions;
  
  
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback sessions.
  
• Communicate technical constraints to users and seek alternative solutions collaboratively.
