Job Responsibilities:

• Lead project design development and procurement stages.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects.
  
• Approve project schedules and materials during construction.
  
• Oversee consultants and contractors.
  
• Develop project governance policies and technical standards.
  
• Execute special projects as needed.
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or Estate Management with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  
• Experience in A&
  A projects is preferred,especially in healthcare facility projects.
  
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and Safety requirements.
  
• Strong project management and communication skills.
  
• Proficient in AutoCAD;
  knowledge of 3D SketchUp is a plus.
