Senior Information Technology Business Analyst

YOUR ROLE:

As an IT Business Analyst, you will work across different teams both internally and externally to define business and technical requirements through design implementation. You would hone your experience in delivery management, requirement gathering, and relationship management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead program/project requirements and design sprints to define business and technical requirements through design implementation
  
• Manage the delivery of the requirements (planning, estimation, risk management, reporting) to succeed to meet the overall program/project delivery
  
• Leverage on business knowledge to advice features/requirements priorities to delivery leads and/or product owners
  
• Gather requirements by facilitating/coordinating meetings and conversations between business users, product owners, designers, SMEs, tech leads, all other relevant stakeholders
  
• Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
  
• Create/gather acceptance criteria in user stories and prepare any requirements specifications
  
• Proactively engage, manage and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  
• Work closely with Developers, DevOps engineers, Designers, and QA teams during all phases of the development life cycle
  

WHO YOU ARE:

• You have more than 5 years of working experience in IT business analysis and enterprise application solutioning design
  
• You have relevant domains experience in financial Institution, retail, e-Commerce, environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) preferred
  
• You participated in the full software or product development cycle and you are familiar with Agile Methodologies, Scrum, Kanban etc
  
• You have good communication, analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills
  
• You have good level of understanding in enterprise applications or prior experience in different variety of tech products/development stacks will be ideal but not mandatory
