Senior Logistics Executive

The main role is to manage the inventory, warehouse and transportation operations to support the business operations in the servicing and repair of automobiles.

To meet the objective, this person needs to be a team player, problem solver, able to manage a team and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure smooth running of day to day inbound / outbound /transportation operations with a team of Supervisors/ Logistic Officers /Delivery Drivers
  
• Monitor internal/external customers’ feedback and reviews, to take proactive measures to address concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.
  
• Conduct regular cycle count/stock take.
  
• Ensure stocks and documentation integrity by conducting internal checks and audit.
  
• Work closely with planning team to manage stock transfers, returns and write off.
  
• Ensure corporate compliance to Company and Procurement policies and procedures
  
• Lead and execute continuous improvements projects i.E. capacity and manpower optimization to improve efficiency of warehouse and logistic operations.
  
• Participate and engage in safe work procedures/identifying potential hazards.
  
• Assist Manager in monitoring and initiate disciplinary actions on subordinate with poor performance and attendance.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related studies.
  
• Demonstrate relevant experiences in a supply chain management or in 3PL environment and understanding of basic warehousing/logistic concepts.
  
• Analytical, team player, leadership, positive and good oral/written communication skills.
  
• Candidates with working experiences in ERP / WMS software and/or Project Management / Lean skillsets will be preferred.
  
• Individuals with relevant experience will be considered for Assistant Manager role.
