Site Supervisor (Civil)

(A) Job Summary:

Supervise daily site activities to ensure site safety management and project progression.

(B) Essential Job Functions:

• Report to Engineers &
  Managers, execute dailysite activities according to method statement and safe work procedure.
  
• Leading and executing all tunnelling site-based activities and ensure working are following all WSH regulations.
  
• Provide in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance to requirements and specifications.
  
• Record down daily activities and assist engineer in progress claim
  
• Attending daily workers issues on site.
  

(C) Minimum Qualifications/Job Experience:

• BCSS Certificate
  
• Incumbent with Civil Engineering project experience is preferred.
  

(D) Personality

• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to influence various stakeholders and build long term relationships.
  

E) Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Good computer skill to fulfil the job functions.
  
• Ability to analyse and synthesize complex issues quickly.
  
• Ability to work well under pressure
