Supervisor

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisorto oversee and ensure the successful execution of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings as required and follow-up with issues raised.
  
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
  
• Responsible in counter checking details in drawings for correct dimensions, orientation, alignment upon project executions
  
• Supervise and lead work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
  
• Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings and approved specifications.
  
• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
  
• Keep and maintain proper and updated site records on progress of work and report
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
  
• Proven track record of supervising and managing projects
  
• Strong understanding of construction processes
  
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with good organisational and time management skills
  
• Good communication skills
