This Technical Operations Specialist (Enterprise Support) will enhance customer value by providing strategic, personalized, and proactive support aligned with our client’s product priorities. This is for our client, a leading Multinational American Technology company.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily customer support tickets, ensuring efficient prioritization and triage.
- Respond swiftly to alerts, engaging relevant stakeholders for action.
- Provide business summaries to ensure smooth transitions between regional teams.
- Address urgent escalations and support regional issue management.
- Identify recurring issues and develop guides to resolve them.
- Suggest code fixes or create technical tests to prevent future problems.
- Support during weekends and holidays on a rotation basis.




Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Has at least 2-4 years in technical operations support.
- Ability to write functional code in a modern programming language.
- Understanding of HTTP request lifecycles.
- Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Skill in translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong empathy.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable with routine processes and repetitive tasks.
- Experience in process improvement is a plus.
