Job Responsibilities


  • Perform basic building repairs and fixtures such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, light bulbs change, locks/keys replacement.
  • Perform regular maintenance inspection on the facilities across Inchcape’s properties.
  • Reporting of defects to reporting supervisor and propose necessary actions.
  • Shift of office furniture, equipment, and other logistic supplies within Inchcape’s properties.
  • Perform stock and data recording accurately and promptly.
  • Supervise the completion of work orders by vendors
  • Provide technical support and advice on facilities matters to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support any company events and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Mailroom support – patching mails and passing mails to respective managers or Business unit lead.
  • Managing ECO farm – ordering, harvesting, planting.
  • Be able to travel to different sites within Borneo motor.
  • Monitoring of solar panel.


Job requirements


  • NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years relevant work experiences in facilities management, preferably in automotive or commercial property industry
  • Candidate is to have good hands-on experience in terms of basic facilities repairs and fixtures
  • Possess basic computer literacy and technology skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset, problem-solving and learning attitude and communication skills
  • Possess positive energy level, resourceful and able to work independently
  • Comfortable with traveling to different work site
