We are a social enterprise that focuses on learning and development programmes and services. We are looking for a candidate to trial the role as a training administrator associate. The person should be adaptable, self-driven and willing to take learn the processes and system. The person should also be meticulous in the work as it includes supporting training audits procedures. The person should also be a team player and be able to work with the different stakeholders involved in the training processes. The person will be reporting to the training manager for this role.




  • Support the coordination of training logistics and training implementation
  • Preparing venue for training
  • Preparing Attendance sheet
  • Print and prepare training materials, including handouts, assessment documentation, coordinate refreshments.
  • Assist in the facilitation of ongoing training sessions, including setting up technology, troubleshooting during sessions, and managing breakout room activities.
  • Monitor the sessions to ensure they run smoothly and assist trainers with any immediate needs.
  • Develop skills in effective interpersonal communication by engaging with participants and trainers, gathering informal feedback during breaks or group activities.
  • Practice taking detailed notes during training sessions to create comprehensive session minutes, which include key points, participant engagement, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Management of Training Management System and Softwares
  • Any other matters as required.
