Account Manager

We are looking for an entry level Account Management Executive to join an emerging AdTech start-up. Founded in UK, they are expanding rapidly in Asia and has already secured a number of key partnership.

They are open to fresh graduate who is interested in a career in client relationship management. As some of their clients are base in China, this role would require someone who is fluent in Chinese.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ needs and requirements, and prepare customized solutions. - Assist with day-to-day client tasks, including addressing and resolving needs and complaints, documenting client progress, as well as
  
• handling translation requirements.
  
• Sustain solid relationships with clients, working closely to ensure client satisfaction, account growth, and retention.
  
• Compile reports on client progress, goals, and forecasts to report internally, supporting your line manager to constantly improve clients’ performance and identify potential new business opportunities.
