The Role of an Accounts Administrative Support Role involves a combination of financial and administrative tasks, requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills, and financial acumen.




1. Day-to-day invoicing with Packing list provided from Sales


2. Reviewing and verifying supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness


3. Matching invoices with purchase order and receipts


4. Processing invoice with payment and ensuring timely payment to suppliers


5. Tracking and recording expenses related to procurement, such as shipping and handling costs.


6. Reconciling expenses with purchase orders and invoices


7. Maintain organized and accurate financial records related to procurement activities


8. Entering financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets


9. Generating reports on procurement activities, expenses and budget performance.


10. Providing financial data and reports to accountant/management


11. Maintaining organized records of procurement documents, including contracts, purchase order and invoices.


12. Assist in audits related to procurement activities by providing necessary documentation and information


13. Ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements


14. Coordinating with Procurement to manage inventory levels and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and materials


15. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes and financial accuracy




Requirements:




1. relevant experience in accounting, finance, or procurement may be required or preferred


2. Understanding of Accounting principles, financial analysis and budgeting


3. Familiar with procurement processes


4. Able to multi task


5. Attention to detail


6. Experience with softwares like Autocount and Xero
