We are seeking a Business/Finance Manager to oversee various financial and operational tasks within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update Sales Summary:
Maintain accurate records of all revenues for monthly financial reporting purposes.
- Update Accounts Receivable:
Verify and update invoice amounts to manage accounts receivables effectively.
- Collection of Payments:
Review outstanding invoices and collect payments from clients.
- Prepare Monthly P&
L:
Consolidate financial data to prepare monthly Profit and Loss statements.
- HR:
Provide necessary information and support for HR matters.
- Clients Onboarding:
Assist new customers with information and document requests, store agreements, and maintain client information.
- Regulatory compliance :
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies.
- Office Management:
Oversee office supplies and inventory, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
