Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and strategic partners.
- Assist senior consultants in providing expert advisory services on business financing solutions and mergers &
acquisitions. - Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to evaluate the financial health and performance of clients' businesses.
- Support the development of comprehensive financial models, valuation analyses, and deal structures.
- Assist in preparing client presentations and reports to communicate key findings and recommendations effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate transaction execution and deliver exceptional client service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and best practices in business financing and mergers &
acquisitions.
Qualifications:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management is a plus.
