Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate closely with customers to ensure all container specifications are accurate and adequately loaded onto the ship.
  • Utilize PSA Portnet system to oversee and track vessel berthing schedules.
  • Generate customer orders and enter them into the company's internal system.
  • Handle and manage customer orders through the CTMS platform.
  • Keep meticulous records of customer inventory and logistical activities within the CTMS database.
  • Compile and maintain reports concerning inventory levels and status.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

  • Minimum GCE ‘N/O’ Levels with 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Candidates with experience in PSA Portnet and CTMS will be advantageous
