Working Hours:
8.30am – 6pm


Location:
Bukit Batok, West Region


Salary:
$2,000 - $2,700 (AWS + Medical Benefit + OT if applicable)

Job Description


  • Follow up on customer enquiries, agents &
    complaints
  • Arrange trucking, transportation &
    collection
  • Co-ordinate &
    monitor shipment with carriers and clients
  • Process custom permit
  • Process booking for shipments with shipping lines/consol &
    prepare shipping documents
  • Ensure all cargoes are send in good condition and if any damage shall revert to customer immediately
  • Keep Sales Personnel informed about their bookings
  • Assist with billing, input job reference and closing jobs
  • Support in all aspect of sales and operational activities
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor


Job Requirements:


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
  • At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding / Shipping industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Portnet
  • Preferably specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Preferably experienced in shipping systems, such as online booking, declaring custom permit
