Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, walk-in, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  
• Provide accurate details about our products, services, and rental terms.
  
• Quickly resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  
• Efficiently handle equipment rental bookings, changes, and cancellations.
  
• Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions by understanding their needs and suggesting suitable rental equipment and services.
  
• Guide customers through the rental process, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
  
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by turning inquiries into sales and rental agreements.
  
• Stay updated on promotions, deals, and new products/services to inform customers.
  
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  
• Work with logistics and maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability and readiness.
  
• Process payments and handle financial transactions with confidentiality and accuracy.
  
• Provide feedback on customer service processes and equipment offerings to improve business operations.

• Minimum Diploma holder, additional certificates in Customer Service, Sales, or related fields are a plus.
  
• Familiarity with sales software/ CRM tools, or with knowledge in equipment rental industry is an added advantage.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
