Job Descriptions:


  • Report directly to Branch Manager
  • Responsible to deliver and provide Quality Services.
  • To make cold call and any new leads call provided by the company.
  • Follow up on customer request, appointment, enquires, call, complaints and confirmation promptly.
  • Re-confirm customer’s appointment a day before their treatment.
  • After treatment (three days) to follow-up service call to customer.
  • To ensure the cleanliness standards at reception area.
  • Daily data entry for customers, staff and print report for compilation.
  • Issuing of invoices and service rendering.
  • Generation of daily reports.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Perform other duties as maybe assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Any assignments given from time to time by the Company


Job Requirements:


  • At least 2 years’ experience in beauty services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
