Finance Executive/ Senior Finance Executive

Reprting to:
Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day accounting functions and perform bookkeeping for AR, AP and GL
  
• Manage AR receipts, AP payments and monitor ageing report together with bank reconciliation
  
• Work closely with finance team to ensure PnL and other reports are done within stipulated timeline
  
• Work closely with operation team for daily orderings and liaise with suppliers for any discrepancy on orders and invoices
  
• Prepare, maintain, and review purchase price lists and highlight for the price changes
  

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with degree or diploma in finance are welcome.
  
• Highly motivated, pro-active &
  resourceful
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and contribute to a positive work environment
  
• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
