Mission of the Role


As the Group Marketing Director, you drive growth by overseeing all marketing efforts, including advertising, collateral, budgets, loyalty programs, databases, and acquiring new customers through managing and directing lead generation, CRM efforts, and customer base creation across all centers.


Leading brand strategy, activation plans, and budgeting, the role sets long-term goals aligned with revenue generation strategies for new market penetration and sales alignment. Conducting market research and competitive analysis informs strategic decisions, while tracking performance metrics ensures effective campaigns contributing to revenue growth.


Designing customer acquisition and retention strategies and overseeing digital marketing efforts drive revenue. Accurate revenue forecasting and budget management align marketing activities with financial goals, while staying innovative and adaptable to industry trends ensures continued success. Effective channel optimization and team collaboration maximize business impact and operational efficiency.



Roles and Responsibilities

  2. Brand Strategy and Planning:
    Lead the development of comprehensive brand strategies, activation plans, and budgeting. Set long-term goals and establish strategies to achieve them effectively.
  3. Revenue Generation Strategy:
    Develop and implement robust revenue generation strategies aligned with business objectives, encompassing new market penetration and expansion initiatives.
  4. Sales and Marketing Alignment:
    Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure seamless alignment of marketing strategies with sales goals, facilitating efficient lead conversion processes.
  5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  6. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
    Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ensuring they contribute directly to revenue growth.
  7. Customer Acquisition and Retention:
    Design and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies, focusing on enhancing customer lifetime value and driving sustained revenue growth.
  8. Digital and Physical Marketing:
    Oversee both digital and physical marketing strategies, leveraging SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and physical marketing initiatives to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
  9. Revenue Forecasting and Budget Management:
    Provide accurate revenue forecasting and manage the marketing budget effectively, aligning expenditures with financial goals and constraints.
  10. Recruiting High Performance Marketing Team:
    Experience Building and recruiting marketing teams.
  11. Innovation and Adaptation:
    Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, continuously adapting marketing strategies to meet evolving market dynamics and customer preferences.
  12. Brand Management and Center-Specific Marketing:
    Ensure consistent brand management across all touchpoints and oversee center-specific marketing initiatives to enhance local market presence and brand affinity.
  13. Channel Optimization:
    Optimize marketing channels to maximize business impact and achieve an optimal mix of digital and physical marketing efforts.
  14. Team Collaboration and Operational Efficiency:

Hiring Criteria



  • Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field;
    MBA or advanced degree preferred.



  • Experience:
    Minimum 8 years in marketing roles, including at least 5 years in senior managerial or director-level positions.



  • Strategic and Analytical Skills:
    Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities, adept at translating complex insights into effective marketing strategies.



  • Leadership and Team Management:
    Proven leadership skills, empowering and developing teams to achieve objectives and drive outcomes.
