Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and lead the implementation of projects from initiation through to completion.

2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

3. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

4. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

5. Manage project resources, including people, time, and budget to ensure successful delivery.

6. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

7. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.

8. Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

9. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

10. Provide direction and support to project team members, including assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and monitoring progress.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.

- Proven working experience as a project manager in the IT sector.

- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

- PMP certification is a plus.
