Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and support network, desktop &
  server infrastructure which includes setting up and maintenance of servers, storage equipment and conducting backup and data recovery activities
  
• Responsible for patch management (rollout of server patches), systems security hardening and antivirus deployment (rollout, support and monitoring).
  
• Experience in supporting Windows and/or Redhat Linux Operating Systems.
  
• Regular 9x5 support but may be required to be on standby for 7x24 support when necessary. Expected to work during off-peak hours on system activities.
  
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related qualifications
  
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience
  
• Knowledge in troubleshooting skills
  
• Experienced in Windows scripting
