Operation Manager

Job duties:

• Managing operations management regionally and ensure continuity of business operations
  
• Developing comprehensive operational strategies, through alignment with the corporate vision and seamless integration across all entities
  
• Establishing transparent communication with executive leadership and across all operational teams to facilitate effective problem-solving
  
• Ensuring direction in improving effectiveness and efficiency across all operational processes and procedures
  
• Fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  
• Maintaining good rapport with all stakeholders.
  
• Ensuring teamwork and strict adherence to corporate governance policies, relevant ethical and compliance standards, and workplace safety requirements.
  

Requirements:

• Degree or above in any field
  
• 8 to 12 years operation management experience from apparel manufacturing industry
  
• Good track record of success in driving operational excellence initiatives and in managing cross-functional teams
  
• Managing manufacturing plants from Asia pacific region
