Project Coordinator (M&E)

  Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) + Saturday (8.30 am to 12.30 pm)
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various system-wide and civil contractors on E&
  M matters and supervise M&
  E works
  
• Work closely and coordinate with the design team for all installation and system requirement matters
  
• Update the project management team on design installation, logistics, and daily progress matters
  
• Attend the M&
  E interface coordinationmeeting on CSD/CCSM
  
• Review system/architectural plan drawing
  
• Supervise and lead an installation team on E&
  M services installation on the construction site
  
• Review design deliverables together with the design consultants/engineers and ensure that it is appropriate for submission
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  
• A minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in coordinating E&
  M projects
  
• Experience in construction, design, BIM model management and/or coordination (services)
  
• Possess experience in managing LTA projects
