Job Responsibilities:


  • Report to the Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager.
  • Provide project management services for construction, renovation, A&
    A, infrastructure improvement and upgrading works.
  • Plan and develop a systematic means of communications amongst stakeholders to ensure every information is received and acted upon at the appropriate time.
  • Liase with all parties including authorities, external contractors engaged by the Client.
  • Chair progress meeting with users, contractors, consultants and record the minutes.
  • Submit progress reports with photographs evidence to document contractor's progress.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure the builts qualities are as per the technical specifications and site safety precautions are observed.
  • Conduct site coordination with all parties to ensure site cleanliness and ensure noisy works are carried out after office hours.
  • Ensureing smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and quality standards.
  • Create reports after each move detailing the information of the move items.
  • Coordinate move logistics, including (but not limited to) vehicle reservations, storage arrangements, and scheduling to resolve unexpected challenges.
  • Attend monthly meeting with the Client.
  • Undetake any other related duties stipulated by the Client.


Requirements


  • 4 years of relevant experience in project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Building and Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or its equivalent
  • Candidate with Project Management experience
