Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

• Participation in the preparation of pre &
  post tender documentation
  
• Prepare tender BQ/quotations including taking off, material and costing
  
• Source for new suppliers &
  sub contractors
  
• Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers &
  other parties
  
• Communicate &
  coordinate with Client/Consultant/Project Manager for claims and variation matters
  

Job Requirements

• Construction &
  Interior Fit-out related experience in Singapore advantageous
  
• Candidate must possess at least Professional certificate in Engineering (civil) or equivalent
  
• Required Language:
  English
  
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  
• Preferably Senior Executive specialised in Civil/Construction/Structural/Facilities or equivalent
