Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involves liaising with architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Contract administration of secured projects.
• Preparation and submission of progress claims to clients.
• Evaluate and prepare progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers / service providers.
• Maintain constant liaison with client / project staffs / sub-contracts and suppliers .
• Monitor records and manage all variation orders.
• Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account.
• Always ensure confidentiality and safe guards of controlled documents.
• Provide necessary documentations for preparation of final accounts with the client / subcontractors / suppliers / service providers.
• Possess the ability to negotiate with client during final accounts and or as and when any variation order arises.
• Any other adhoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Entry level or with 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in LTA project, or similar scale, complexity and nature of work will be advantages.

• 5.5 days work week
