Project Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive Team Lead to spearhead a crucial project. This engagement involves hiring and developing a team of Account Executives, regularly reporting on team and individual results, and identifying and recommending improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Building and Development:

    • Hire and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
    • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to ensure team success.

  • Performance Reporting:

    • Regularly report on team and individual results through effective pipeline management and forecasting.
    • Ensure accurate and timely performance metrics and reports.

  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify areas for improvement in process, efficiency, and productivity.
    • Make actionable recommendations and oversee the implementation of these improvements.
