Project Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive Team Lead to spearhead a crucial project. This engagement involves hiring and developing a team of Account Executives, regularly reporting on team and individual results, and identifying and recommending improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Building and Development:
- Hire and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to ensure team success.
